The ladies up at Chapman’s understand the words Customer Service. I hate walking into anywhere and getting someone at you soon as you walk in the door,.!!! These ladies are there for you every step of the way when your ready to ask advise or try things on, they know there designers, they are helpful without imposing there opinions on you for the sake of a sale… I have bought a few outfits from them now and get compliments and asked where did i get my outfit from. I recently introduced my mum to Chapman’s, she lives in York and when you are living in the country is hard when you come to Perth to know where to go and end up running around like a manic trying to find an outfit, be it casual, semi formal or formal, so knowing we have a family wedding coming up, mum was able to look at there website, get an idea of what she wanted, went in there and they helped her feel and look amazing. I honestly can not recommend Chapmans enough. It may not be every time you find what you want but i can tell you every time i have been there i have never been disappointed and as for my mum, I know she was over the moon and will feel comfortable and look amazing come my sisters wedding.

A friend recommended Chapman’s as I was looking for a long evening gown. They have a large amount of stock and the staff were excellent. Marie was very patient and was ultra helpful with advice on what styles would suit my figure. There is no hard push for a sale and if you still are unsure you can take the garment home on appro for a 2nd opinion. They also have a selection of shoes and bags to match – one stop shopping ?

Can highly recommend Chapman’s. Visited today looking for a Mother of the Bride outfit. So many beautiful dresses to choose from. Delighted with the dress, shoes and bag I’ve chosen. Great being able to buy everything under the one roof and see the outfit all together. Staff are friendly and not pushy. Thank you for the advice and help I was given

Came across this shop by chance in Woodvale yesterday. what an amazing shop for special occasion clothing. Love my little white jacket. Very friendly and helpful staff.
