Delivery

  • All orders over $200 come with free shipping within Australia
  • Standard postage is $15 within Australia
  • Express postage is $20 within Australia (please request this on your order notes).
  • Australia post is used for all our mail delivery
  • Please allow up to 12 hours for your order to be dispatched
  • Due to high demand of our stock being sold on the shop floor, we may encounter stock discrepancies. We apologise for any disappointment you may encounter and every effort will be made to let you know as soon as possible. We will attempt to find you a similar product to the one you originally ordered. Alternatively we will process a full refund as soon as possible.
  • All INTERNATIONAL deliveries will be processed within 12 hours during our normal business hours. All custom import duties and taxes (including where applicable a goods and services tax) are the responsibility of the customer.
  • All deliveries will include a tracking number and receipt sent to you via email

Returns on full price items

  • All returns will receive a Paypal refund to the full value of the returned items
  • All orders may be returned within 48 hours of receipt by the customer.
  • When returning an item please send us an email within 2 days of receipt advising of the return with the following details
    • Name
    • CC code of garment purchased (please find this on receipt) and garment name
    • Size of garment
    • Contact phone number
    • Please send your item within 48 hours of receipt to

    • All returns must be dispatched for return within 48 hours of receipt and received by us within 14 days.
    • Returned items must be unused and with all tags attached
    • If items are returned stained, marked, damaged, altered or tags removed we have the right not to accept the item back. We will return the item to the customer.

    Return of Sale items

    • Sale items are final and no returns will be accepted

    Faulty items

    • If by chance you receive a faulty item please let us know within 3 days of receipt via email or phone us direct on +61 8 9309 2977.
    • Please follow the instructions above for the return of any faulty item (refer section “Return on Full Price Items”)
    • All faulty returns must be dispatched for return within 48 hours of receipt and received by us within 14 days.
    • All items are sold with care instructions. We accept no responsibility for damage due to normal wear and tear or failure to follow the recommended care instructions

    We accept in shop credit card payments or over the phone (+61 8 9309 2977).  All cards except Diners card or cheques are acceptable. On-line sales are processed via PayPal for your protection.
